Why did you start practicing Bikram yoga and how long have you been practicing?

I began doing Bikram yoga to become calm and focused. I have practiced on and off for 10 years.

How has your practice affected your life?

I have learned more about my body and calmed my tendency to hurry.

What keeps you coming back for more?

I enjoy the  teachers, the classmates, and the clean space.

Do you have any advice/insight for new yogis?

Enjoy yourself, stay hydrated, and take your time . Bikram yoga is always helpful in a different way each time you come.
