We all need motivation to grow into more of the person we’ve always wanted to be.
Breathe through it. That’s what my yoga instructor always says. That every posture, difficult and pretzel like as it may seem, can always be navigated effectively if you just breathe through it.
That’s the secret, she says. Save the drama for your mama and channel your frustration into something more productive.
